About this Agent: James Fraser-Gadd: My first trip to Costa Rica was back in 2001 and I spent three months here exploring the country. Having enjoyed the Latin culture, friendliness and lifestyle here so much Costa Rica became a regular destination for me and inspired me to learn Spanish.
Full Details: My background in London, England started out in Real Estate of which I spent 5 years and I then went on to set up various businesses over the years including house removals and clearances and Professional cleaning services. In 2011 my Costa Rican wife and myself decided to make the permanent move to Costa Rica, selling our businesses and fulfilling our long awaited dream. In the last year we have sourced some beautiful land, gone through design and planning and built two lovely homes in the mountains of San Ramon. We are delighted to be here and San Ramon "the city of the poets" felt like home from the very beginning. Drawing from the real estate experience I have gained over the years and having been personally through the process of moving country, buying land and building in Costa Rica I am in a great position to assist and support you in your search for a home here and am happy to share and use the knowledge obtained to make your transition and purchase as smooth as possible.
