Cariari is an affordable suburban location for those who prefer city life

Unbeatable Location
For those who like to live in the middle of everything, Cariari has what you are looking for. Gotta catch a flight to Miami?
The airport is just up the road. Wanna play a round of golf or some tennis? The country club is in your backyard. Need to
escape to the beach for the weekend? Hop on the highway and you're on the way. Have to do some errands downtown? You almost live there.
Wanna visit some friends in Escazu or check out that new restaurant? Crossover through Belen and you're right there.
For all of these reasons Cariari has attracted foreigners interested in Costa Rica retirement and relocation for 30 years.
In the 90s the market was slow here, as all the attention went to Escazú, then Santa Ana.
But with the location of the Intel plant nearby and the development on the other side of the highway as a free zone area has led to
renewed interest in this area and a number of new homes are currently under construction.
When searching for Costa Rican properties or considering a Costa Rica investment, this is a fantastic area to consider for its location
and for all it has to offer.

Shell was born in Sweden, grew up in Peru, went to college and lived nearly 30 years in Canada and has lived in Costa Rica
