Located just off the main road with an asphalt entrance, accessibility is really easy, and all paved.  The owner presently has a couple of small gardens and you would be welcome to do more gardening.  There are trails that take you into the mountains and coffee fields that are all accessible from the house.  There are a river and an unending amount of hiking in the area.

The house is 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  The living-dining and kitchen area all open design and have lots of windows, including a sliding glass door with views of the mountains.

The house has hot water throughout and all of the appliances are less than a year old.  The dryer is gas so that will save money, the laundry room is ample in size and has access to outside so you could hang the cloths out if you want.
