River Grand Estates is being developed by Joshua & Jerry ten Brink, who also developed Riverside in Escazu and the infamous Sonesta One Jaco where I paid for a condo, got the title and then they never finished the building because the banks wouldn”t give them any more money to finish.
River Grand Estates is not finished and with how the developers treat their buyer”s you should do your due diligence before giving them your money. A long story short: I paid and got title of a condominium that I cannot use, cannot sell, cannot rent. A dream shattered and the developer would never cooperate in reuniting those who trusted them and handed them our money. Think twice and do your due diligence before you buy in River Grand Estates.
